FRIM, Kepong

Stress and more stress...is this the current trend for city people nowadays...altho 1 may think that student has the least stress...but this i cannot agree..as a student myself, the stress that i faced couldnt be lesser that those of the working adults...But that of course is dependent on what industries are u in...
so it is good sometimes to be away from the city....altho not very far...only a few minutes drive from Damansara...but it is good to be ard the greensss...

Although its not my idea to go there...i just tag along cos my sis wanted to do some photography der...we went there in the mid-afternoon, so its damn hot...but when you are near the waterfalls, the hot-ness just dissappear..

Vandalisme happens everywhere..telephone booths, toilet cubicles, buses, and even trees..where is the moral values of youngsters nowadays? ermm..i did vandalise the uni's table, tho...but oni by using pencil and, and i erase it aftr i conteng...so not counted as vandalisme...

The old folks doing some Tai-Chi i guess...and the sis wanted to join in...

After abit of photos..we went back home...we did not manage to catch the Canopy Walkway, which is suspended 30m from the ground and spans over 200m. In order to walk-the-canopy you will need to purchase tickets (RM5/adult RM1/children) from the souvenir counter. From the site it states that 'Be bold and walk through the hanging canopy and you will be able to see the breath-taking view of the city and the greeneries of the forest'. FYI, the walkway is open everyday from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm.

Getting There
FRIM is located along the Selayang-Kepong Highway. You can take the KTM Komuter train from the Kuala Lumpur Railway station or any KTM Komuter station that is in the vicinity and head for Kepong station. Once you reach Kepong station, alight from the train and take a taxi to FRIM.
